Transitions are an experience of living, and nearly all transitions require adjustments. There are transitions we resist, some we welcome, and some we refuse. What strengths are we bringing to our transitions? Where we have gaps in our skills and learning, how are we finding support? If we have complicated emotions - fear, worry, loss, sadness, anger - how do they complicate our transition? Maria works with individuals and couples as they navigate their way through life's transitions, particularly as they begin to build families. She has extensive training and experience, from fertility and infertility to postpartum and to parenting, and she has a special interest in working with clients who identify themselves as LGBTQ, people of color, biracial, immigrants, or multicultural.
